For more than 25 years Jane has built a career across blue chip Technology, Media and Telecommunications organisations in Australia and internationally. She started as a product and systems engineer at Microsoft in early 1989, then spanning into development, partner, sales and consumer marketing roles over the next sixteen years. Time running mass market product group at Vodafone, then led to a role as CEO of Fairfax Digital (Metro Media) , overseeing the online news and entertainment businesses encompassing product, marketing, mobile, editorial, development and integration of acquisitions.

In her current role at Pandora, she has been charged with growing the first international subsidiaries for Pandora – establishing a broad base of streaming radio listeners and implementing the commercial model and long term market approach. Pandora recently announced two million registered users in less than 18 months, more than fifty local auto and device integrations and a rapidly growing base of engaged and loyal users.
