Orders placed after 16.00 for same day delivery are priced as Express (Regular orders will be delivered the next day, from 09.00). DPD reserves the right to not accept orders for Bucha- rest Express service, due to the following situations: Special weather conditions such as fog, snow, floods, and codes yellow or red Excessive volume of orders in relation to existing logistical supply due to atypical situations and busy periods, such as: Christmas, New Year, Easter, 1st and 8th March. Clients will be informed of this whilst placing the orders. DPD Weblabel is a free of charge tool that allow customers to process online their shipments, prepare the parcel label, analyzing the business evolution through specific reports released by the application on different criterias : period of time, no of parcles, weights, etc

2. Livrarenoua.ro

Online service that preadvise customers through e-mail about the delivery date, customer(consignee) having the possibility to change it accesing www.livrarenoua.ro on the pick-up date or next day if the consignee is not reacheable at the first delivery attempt. Service available just for B2C parcles.

3. DPD PREDICT

DPD Predict is an advanced, online service that preadvise customers through sms/GSM about the estimated delivery hour in the delivery date. Estimated delivery hour interval 1 - 3,5 hours.

3. FUEL SURCHARGE/INDEX

Fuel Index is calculated each month based on the average price of diesel at the pump, the last day of the month preceding the application, the price that is obtained by accessing the link: http://www.pretbenzina.ro/petrom. It will be monthly publicated on the website: www.dpd.ro

Fuel Index is not applicable to services that do not include transport. Calculation base price will be 3.7 RON / L. For each 0.1RON / l above this level, DPD will introduce a fuel index of 1% as shown in table

Fuel surcharge will not be applied to the following services : Cash on Delivery, Collection request, Extended liability.

CHARGEABLE WEIGHT

The chargeable weight will be the biggest weight between the gravimetric one and volumetric one. Volumetric weight will be calculated based on the formula : Lenght cm x width cm x height cm/6000

AGABARITIC PARCELS

For DPD CLASSIC NATIONAL SERVICE : If the lenght of a parcel is more than 175 cm, DPD approval befor shipping would be necessary to be accepted for transport. For this parcel category the transit time could be 2 working days instead of 1 as standard transit time.
