Reminder : The locks for the launch ramp and the member storage lot have been changed. Replacement keys are

available at the office.

Bruce Fitzpatrick

On April 14th, Commodore Yacht Club lost a good friend to Covid-19. Bruce and Carolyn Fitzpatrick are longtime members of CYC - they joined in July of 1986. Bruce served on CYC’s Board and was Commodore in 1990. He was an avid boater and spent many fun hours at the helm of his boat “Time and Place”. His smiling face will certainly be missed around the club. Our condolences go to Carolyn and his family. A Celebration of Life will be planned later this year. Carolyn and Bruce are pictured below with friends while on a boat trip at Clarksville Marina.

both you and the prospective member understand what is required from both seller and buyer. All slip/water rights sales require closing documents, a transfer fee of $500 and a full membership fee of $3823.75 ($3500 + tax). Slip/water rights

remain in the name of the current owner until all closing documents are completed and the transfer fee has been paid. Please review your Slip Leasehold Contract for details. Any outstanding club debt of the seller must be paid by

closing for the transfer to be final.
