We infuse Career Development training

with Esteem building through our "Speak

to the Heart from the Heart” model

workshop.

Our approach is interactive and

personable to our unique curriculum

styles; educating participants on the

importance of:

Image & Etiquette

Communication & Social Skills

Effective Marketing

Social Media Networking

Finance Management

Resume Writing & Critique

Successful Interviewing

Computer Literacy

Soft Skills & Conflict Resolution

Our workshop culminates in a formal

graduation ceremony and concludes with

an exclusive job fair where participants

can apply what they’ve learned through

our system.

Providing incentives through our

program encourages good performance,

participation, and outcomes.

Upon completion of our program, all of

our participants are gifted with FREE

suits, computers, business essentials,

and more!

Job resources, empowerment support

groups, referrals and direct access to

other supportive service providers, are

additional incentives and services we

provide through our program.

* FREE child sitting services and meals

are included.

educates & enriches the lives of women

and men who are victims of violence &

human trafficking, unemployed,

veterans, disabled, formerly

incarcerated, homeless or living in

well-being and helping them gain,

maintain, & advance in employment that

lead to wellness & recovery, and full
