This course is designed to help students todevelop their speech habits. The overall aimof the course is to acquire vocabulary foreveryday communication and to developeveryday communication and to developstudents’ oral and writing skills. It alsoprovides a basic knowledge of Russiangrammar. In addition, during the coursestudents will get familiar with Russian culture,customs and traditions.

Course topics are aboutinternational relations, political, economical and culturalcooperation between Russia and EU countries.Students will read, listen and discuss texts from theRussian media, will develop their oral and written skills.Various assignments will help to extend students’vocabulary and perfect the grammar skills.
