How do we ensure your success?We start by getting you up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible, with minimal disruption to your organization. We do that by giving you a roadmap to success, with all the tools and help you need along the way. And we’re right here when you need us because, as far as we’re concerned, we only succeed if you do. OnboardingThe onboarding phase sets the stage for a successful implementation. We’ll make sure you receive key information, trainings, and assets that will thoroughly prepare you to meet your project team and take things to the next level.

ImplementationAt the end of the onboarding phase, you’ll be ready to begin your implementation. A well-managed implementation gets you off to a strong start and lays the foundation for early success. Key touch points such as project kick-off, discovery calls with our technical consultants, and weekly status calls are all part of the implementation process. They’re all part of the plan to help you reach full and effective user adoption as quickly as possible.

TrainingOf course, training is a critical part of user adoption. We want you to be completely familiar with and have confidence in your Workforce Ready solution, so pre-discovery training begins as soon as you’re onboarded to our services team. Then, as you move through implementation, key trainings will help you and your administrators become acclimated to Workforce Ready so you can successfully train your managers and employees.

After a successful system go-live, there are ongoing trainings that you can access anytime, anywhere, via My Learning, which is accessible from within Workforce Ready. Jump in anytime to access over 300 different learning assets, including job aids, videos, simulations, and self-paced courses.

Looking for extra guidance? We’ve got you covered. Our drop-in sessions are the perfect opportunity to directly ask your product questions to a Workforce Ready training expert.
