It is hereby notified that II Semester M.Tech, M. Arch (CBCS) (Fresher) & 1

Semester M.Tech/M.Arch (CBCS) (repeaters) Examinations to be held during Dec- 2021. The detailed Time Table and Centers of Examination will be notified in due course.

The last date for payment of Examination fee and submission of examination

applications forms to the concerned Departments are as follows:

WITHOUT FINE 06-12-2021. WITH A FINE OF Rs.200/- 10-12-2021.

The following are the details of examination fee to be paid by the candidate

Online for 11 Semester M.Tech/M.Arch (CBCs) (Presher) & 1 Semester M.Tech/M.Arch

(CBCS) (repeaters) Examinations to be held during Dec- 2021 per Semester, including SC/ST Category * Students.

1. Per Semester : Rs. 1842/ 2. Per Paper (Subject to a maximum of Rs. 1842/-):Rs. 473/- For repeaters 3. Practical Examination (Per Subject) 4. Viva- Voce/Project Valuation / Dissertation 5. In addition to the Prescribed fee for the examination, the below mentioned

amount has to be paid by all the candidates irrespective of the caste/category.

1) SC/ST Category students who are receiving Post metric scholarship, are required to pay the prescribed fee as the sodal welfare Department are transferring the scholarship amount (including Exam fee, Marks Card etc) to their Bank Account directly Hence they are required to pay the Examination of fee Rs. 2,090-00( Rs 1842-Rs 248)

2) Fee Concession is not applicable for repeaters who belong to SC/ST Category of

Karnataka/ other state

3) 11 Sem M.Tech Students belonging to SC/ST Category, who have availed Examination

fee concesion for I Sem M.Tech/M.Arch Exam August-2021 are required to pay Rs. 2,090-00(Rs 1842 Rs 248) thro Online separately mentioning as "Exam Fee August 2021 as the post metric scholarship amount is being transferred by Social welfare

Department to the students Bank Account, failing which exams. Marks Card will not be

issued by the Department

4) The fee concession is not applicable for repeaters who belong to SC/ST/Cat-1, 2A, 3A.

3E and other students of Karnataka and SC/ST students of other states. Hence, the

Principal/Chairman shall collect the prescribed fees from the repeaters and SC/ST students of other states.

The Principal Chairpersons _of Departments_of UYCEBangalore University shall ensure that the students whose admissions are not approved by the University/having_shortage of attendance such candidates shall not be allowed toappear for the Examínation.

Students who satisfy the 75% attendance_requirement during the arent semester are allowed to appear for the ensuing examination Those students who do Dgt s2tisty the above mandate, shall not be issued Hall Tickets by the Chairpersons of the Departments Principals of YCE shall not be allowed to pav examination fee or shall not issue hall ticket

Payment of Examination fees and submission of application for the ezamination alone do not entitle a student to take the examination. if he/she is not eligible as per Rules Regulations governing the eligibility, viz. approval of Admissions/shortage of attendance etc

The examination fees once paid will not be refunded or re-adjusted under any

circumstances. The Internal Assessment marks secured by the candidates shall be

Question paper requirement along with one set of candidates' list shall be submitted to the Confidential Section directly on or before 13-12-2021 failing which, penal fees of Rs.5,000/- will be levied for late submission.
