December President’s Message
Happy Holidays and Cheers to the New Year!
Dear IIA Members,
As we take this holiday season to show the ones we care about our ap-
preciation for them, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for
supporting the WNY IIA Chapter and making it as successful as it is each
and every year. I would also like to thank the Officers and Board for
their continued hard work and dedicated service to the Chapter. Looking
back on 2014 and the programs we’ve had, I am thrilled with the quality
of speakers and interesting topics of discussion, which we will continue
to strive to provide.
To keep the success going, I hope you will join us on January 14, 2014 for
the annual IIA/ISACA all-day IT Seminar. This is a great opportunity to
start the new year off with a bang and 8 hours’ worth of CPEs. We have
some terrific speakers lined up to bring you the latest going on in the IT
realm. The IIA and ISACA are thrilled to have Jonathan Dambrot of Prev-
alent and David Stender of M&T Bank as our keynote speakers, bringing
their extensive experience and knowledge to the table. If you have not
already registered, please see the flyer on pg. 2 for the link.
In the coming year, we look forward to sharing some exciting events and
opportunities to advance your Audit career. During this holiday season,
on behalf of the WNY IIA Officers and Board, we wish you and your fami-
ly health, happiness, and prosperity now and throughout the new year.
Warmest wishes,
Len Soldano
