SESSION ABSTRACTAs SharePoint is adding more complexity in enterprise it infrastructure and becoming more and more critical for business, the need to reshape the way companies align SharePoint to business needs are growing.

In this session you will learn about how to regain control, by using SharePoint in a Service delivery context. We will talk about the process of designing a generic SharePoint service, that span software versions, infrastructure and business requirements, and provide a common scope for SharePoint in the enterprise.

As the talk progresses you will see real life examples of SharePoint service definitions, that can be used as a starting point for most companies.
