TONETOUGH Bootcamp style circuit training featuring various equipment such as battle ropes, TRX, medicine ball, etc. TRX CORE FUSION Combination of Mat Pilates and TRX suspension trainers for an ultimate core burning workout that can be customized for all fitness levels. VINYASA YOGA Flowing yoga class to improve overall balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation. WERQ Fiercely fun dance fitness class set to popular pop, hip-hop and rock music. YOGA RESTORE Muscle recovery is key in this slow paced yoga class by holding longer postures to stretch connective tissue. PWR Small group training session using heart rate monitors and display screen to track heart rate zones. This session focuses on building strength, balance and power through measurable resistance training that is tracked weekly. *not included in group exercise packages CONDITIONING Small group training session using heart rate monitors and display screen to track heart rate zones. This session focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance through total body movements and high intensity bursts.
