Worked with Trans Continental eServices as a GSP (Guest Service Professional) for Jet Airways for 22 Months (From 15-Apr-2011 to 28-Feb-2013).

Working with DHL Global Service Center as Logistics Specialist (Process Associate) from 10th Feb 2014 till date.

RESPONSIBILITIES:In Trans Continental e-service (Jet Airways):

Informing the Guest about their Flight Schedules and Miss-Connections via Calls & SMS.

Create Block PNR’s for Re-Accommodating guests of the Disrupted Flight.

Handled Jet Mobile Tool to help Desk In charge & Supervisor’s in sending SMS to all Disrupted Flights & place the invalid PNR’s in a particular Que.

Also Handled IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Ticketing, Tele Check-In, and Fresh Bookings & Flight Information for International Department of Jet Airways.

In DHL:

With DHL I monitor the shipments (only pharmaceutical shipments) and take necessary actions if the shipment is not moving as planned.

Communicating with various carrier’s and DGF stations across the world via E-mail and calls if any deviation while transporting shipment (If not moving as planned or stored incorrect). Instructing them to follow the procedure as advised to earlier at initial stage of planning.

Informing the customer about the shipment status via E-mail.

Effective from April 2016, working as a Shift Lead (Shift In-charge). As a shift lead I manage the shifts and work allocation respectively. Create PMR’s and plan the shipment under particular standard operating procedure (SOP) and monitor them on timely manner. I also Handle Inbox and work on emails which the team receives from DGF/Carrier & Customer as well.
