1 General

Electric dust collector low voltage auto-control system is an auto-controldevice for its cathode & anode vibrating motor, distribution plate vibrating^ wall

vibrating motor, constant temperature etc to ensure the electric dust collector has

a good reliability and security, it is a necessary device that could realize

automatization for working procedures o f electric dust collector.

As technical development and Computer popularization, PLC has be^n a

preferred control heart of electric dust collection low-voltage automatic

application with the low-voltage product changed from simple to set compiete,

from set complete to hgh, low voltage control system. Huadong Environmental

Features

WDK low voltage auto-control device is a low voltage power-supply apparatuswith vibrating, heating of electric dust collection that developed on the basis of

collecting the latest Products in the same industry both at home and abroad, it can also

detect material level and temperature etc switches and analog signals, which is a

comprehensive auto control device with program control, driving and signal treatment,

the technical features of a complete set of products include:

Programmable logical controller can control main control heart, it has developed

into a general industrial auto-control device based on microprocessor and integrated

modern Computer technology, automatic control technology and communication

technology, it is characterized by small volume, strong unction and convenient

The air leak phenomenon can be removed effciently for its dust removal and

u Settng method of controllng tme order

Cathode & Anode vib ra tin g time o rde r

Vibrating control is an important link to improve dust collection efficiency and

reduce the second dust. In the same products, vibrating time can not be modied

optionally that is unscientifc.(only the people who knows PLC program could

modiy it). During the actual application, operate it by both hands when maintenance

or special conditions, when automatically vibrating in a certain time, it shall meet the

dust removal requirements of electric dust collector and reduce the second dust

irthest to set the vibrating cycleSo the principle o f vibrating control is:

Avoid operating cathode & anode vibrating in the same electric eld

synchronously.

The vibrating interval time is different;

Avoid operating anode vibrating and distribution board vibration

synchronously; Set the space rate in the electric field with the min. common multiple.

Dust removal and dust carrying motor time order

When controlling automatically, the dust removal motor time order should

interlock the working conditions of high > low material level and wall vibrator , and

thus to avoid short circuit in electric feld caused by the dust in dust funnel iirthest or

air eakage caused by idle running of dust removal machine, its general design

principle is :

It integrates active timing dust removal with passive dust removal:

1 Adopting initiative timing dust removal under no high, low material level

detection, the dust removal time shall be distributed according to the dust collection

proportion in every electric field: ls t electric field70%, 2nd electric field 20%, 3rd

electric fieldl0% , its actual time of dust removal equals to the addition of three

electric felds;

2> High material level starts dust removal, low material level stops dust removal

if it is itted with material level measurer;

3 It integrates the timing with the material level control: High material levelstarts dust removal machine, after timing a certain time, please stop dust removal or

start timing dust removal, low material level stops dust removal.

Dust removal machine interlocks wall vibrator, the timing dust removal may not

alvvays same as the actual dust removal if is not itted with low material level

measurer, after stopping dust removal machine, please start the wall vibrator, the air

leakage phenomenon may be overcame by plugging the dust removal outlet with the

remnant dust on dust funnel wall. Dust removal machine interlocks dust carrying machine, please start the dust

removal machine after the dust carrying machine running for lmin, the capacity of

dust removal shall be less than the capacity of dust carrying, never removing dust

synchronously to cause dust carrying machines load running, adopting timing dust

removal and timing dust carrying if there is not a lot of dust.

Electric heater control The heater control is mainly a constant temperature control betvveen the range of

rossbeam(porcelain lining) and porcelain axis, in order to prevent insulated sleeve

ipe(quartz sleeve pipe) and porcelain axis from dewing to inAuence electric dust

ollectors normal running, please adopt low-voltage heating constant temperature

ontrol system to ensure that the insulated sleeve pipe and porcelain axis can run under

constant temperature of higher than dew point and the electric dust collector has a

igher working voltage to reach a better dust collection effciency. Start or stop electriceater with upper, lower limit temperature relay or control electric heater with PT100

latinum heating resistance temperature sensor signal, and thus the temperature in

nsulation can could be kept within a setting range and the temperature value can be

ndicated.

Chinese interface indicates running condition

The Chinese indicating on low voltage control box is a unique function of our

product, the Chinese display screen is installed on the panel of low control box ,

which can display the information, set value o f alarm to Service that promote the

debugging, operating and maintenances convenience.

During operating, if the loop fails, the text displayer would automatically tum to

the page of indicating faulty equipment with Chinese indicating, meanwhile raise

the alarm with PLC

Debugging and operatng

The control circuit in control box is restricted by operating cabinet, when the key

svvitch placed on long distance, control box can allowed to control, when the key

switch placed on machine side, the corresponding motor can be directly started.

Dust removal machines running is interlocked by dust carrying machine, dust

carrying machines running is interlocked by dust carrying signal.

Debugging Check each connection with instrument according to the dravving requirements to

ensure the wire can be connected correctly.

Tum off the supply switch in the cabinet, turn of f the total switch QF and PLC

supply switch QFA, then connecting door lock switch SP1, now PLC shall be

electriferous and salutatory shall be displayed.

Turn the major loop switch DQ F to the position of ON .

Hand debugging for every motor loop, turn the rotating switch on the control box

to the irst shit of machine side, then checking the phase order of motor to see if it

is correct or not.

After single machine debugging, tum the rotating switch on the control box to the

position o f long distance, debugging every loop through PLC. The dust removal

could be removed to the position o f long distance and Central control machine side.

When selecting the switch placed on the position of Central control, the preparedindicating lainp on low-voltage control box blinks. [The control box has DCS

interface]

Press ON/OFF key on the panel of low voltage cabinet to start the system.

During the period o f debugging, do make relevant debugging records and

modiying records o f equipments control requirements.

Operation

K Operating steps

Tum the key of operation case to long distance shit, every loop shall be

controlled by PLC. Tum plastic Shell breaker (QF) to the position of ON, and connect the major

loop.

Tum 2nd electric loop switch (QFA) to the position of ON.

Tum supply switch (SP1) to the position of ON.

Tum SP2 on the control box to the position of machine side(controlled by

machine side),dust removal motor may be prepared if tumed to the position of

Central control, and thus low voltage vvould send prepared signal to Central

control room. ( Controlled by upper level machine) [control box has DCS interface]

Press start key(SB01)or Central control key to transfer the signal to the lower

voltage cabinet.

See the instructions in text displayer manual to know TD200 operating method.

2^ Stopping steps

Press the stop key(SV02) or Central control key to cancel the driving signal. Tum supply svvitch(SPl) to the position of OFF.

If the equipment unused for a long time, please tum the plastic Shell (QF)to the

position o f OFF.

Points for attention

Never directly disconnect the power supply under working conditions to avoid

equipment malunction.

No power-supply signal for material level measurer etc switch contact. 0

The distance of testing temperature shall not exceed 100M.

, nstallaton, mantenance

Test ing After unpacking the equipment, check to see if its appearance and inner

components is damaged or not

Check to see if the components, accessories and technical documents is complete

or not.

Check to see if the instrument in control box is damaged and the astener, the

component is loosened or not after carrying, abnormal phenomenon should be

handled in time, please contact with our company directly if they cant be repaired

well.

I n s t a l l a t i o n

The control box shall be installed on a flat surface, V-iron is recommend, in this

way, it can be fastened easily and its outer shell can be grounded easily.

Connect the wire according to the dravving provided with the system, the inletconnection and the power outlet should adopt the lead vvire with sufficient section

according to the rated current. The temperature signal must adopt shield earth, switch

volume signal contact must be a closing contact.

The grounding must be in accordance with national relevant regulations about

high and low voltage connections (GB50168-92).

Control box shall has a reliable groundingo

Check all input and output vvire with instrument to ensure that the wire is correct

and reliable.

Maintenance

Read these instructions and complete dravving careiilly, know its construction,

performance, operating and maintenance methods etc.

Keep control box clean, dry and ventilated; all surfaces of components in the

cabinet should be cleared away with dry compression air at the least of one month.

The equipment improperly running in any link is orbidden, when loop fails,

please repair it in time, the equipment can be used after removing the fault.

Turn the transfer switch of operation case to the position of long distance tokeep the equipment run automatically under normal condition.

When you press Fl- F5 keys and the direction keys on intal page (Fig 1.0),

then the pressing of F5 key on other pages (such as data input page, password input

page, but excludng the alarm page) will make the main menu page. By pressing Fl-F4

key, the main menu can be chosen, or the secondary menus will display. If one main

menu has been chosen, page down/up can make you to see the secondary-menus. It is

not available to skip to the secondary menus of other main menu. By pressing F5,

you return to the user s main menu and to other raains. By pressing ESC or F6, you

return to initial page.

Case

Once you enter the secondary menu page, page down/up w11 make page move. But

you can only view the secondary menu under the main menu.

When cursor flashes, no page can be turned over. The ESC key is necessary to

cancel the edition.

Pressing the direction keys can move the cursor, and then you can choose the

data to edit.

Press SET key to enter the data input menu. If the data is protected by password,

enter the password. Once the password is correct, the data input page wil

automatically show up. If the password is incorrect, pause on the page of password

input.

10 Ordering notice

Each electric dust collector low voltage auto-control system may be different

as the different situation. So detailed technical requirements (or dravving) should beprovided for users when ordering, the manufacturer shall do its best to meet the needs

of users according to the users requirements to produce.

The technical requirements made by users shall include:
