For an additional $1.10 Per Guest we can provide you with a *D.I.Y. kit which includes all serving equipment

required eg bowls, tongs, spoons, etc

AND/ ORFor an additional 60c Per Guest, we can pre-carve your meat

prior to delivery ($99 delivery charge applies) or pick-up

OR2. FULLY STAFFED CATERING

To present your Budget Spit Roast Menu we recommend you utilise the services of our Catering Staff,

who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration.

One of our Catering Staff (or more if needed) will be present to carve the roast, plus additional staff

as necessary to properly cater for your function.

Catering Staff: $160.00 each (4 hrs on-site)* $195.00 each (5 hrs on-site)*

*A 10% surcharge applies to Public Holidays, and a 20% surcharge to our December Menus.

In certain circumstances, we may need to suggest increased staffing numbers

and Dessert Plate (Plastic) with Plastic Spoon $2.15 Per Guest. (Includes Serviettes, Main Plates,

Knives and Forks, plus Plastic Dessert Plates and Spoons). OR

($1.95 Per Guest for Mains only with Stainless Steel Cutlery).

Plastic Dinnerware also available as an alternative at $1.40 Per Guest. ($1.00 Per Guest for Mains Only).
