During the first phase of implementation we are collaborating to ensure that there is no loss of data, down time or inadvertent issues that may arise. We understand that you need to retain your custom configuration and reports, plus ensure data validation and compatibility with your PAT CAT and PAT BI.
Pen CS priority is to ensure that you continue to receive the data you need from your practices.
For any further questions, please contact your Account Manager. Please note that no action will be taken by Pen CS unless a written agreement is in place, with approval from your PHN.
