4. Official LanguageEnglish is the working language of the meeting. Delegates are recommended to arrangeinterpreters, if necessary. Delegations who have requested for simultaneousinterpretation facilities are responsible for their own interpreters. The host parliamentwill provide interpreters for English and Arabic.

5. Identification BadgesDelegates, Accompanying persons, Secretariat Personnel and Organizers of themeeting will be provided with the identification badges and are requested to wearthroughout the meeting period for purpose of security. Colours of the identificationbadges are coded as follows:

6. Liaison OfficersA Liaison Officer will be assigned to each delegation. The host secretariat will let youknow his/her name and contact information later.

7. Arrival and DepartureDelegates are requested to immediately inform the Conference Secretariat of anychanges in their flight schedules at least 6 hours’ notice before the scheduleddepartures, if possible. This will facilitate the expeditious arrangement of localtransportation to the airport.

All delegates will be welcomed at the Ngurah Rai International Airport in DenpasarBali. All changes of the flight schedules should be communicated in advance to theHost Secretariat. The welcoming service will operate from 21 November 2012 at theNgurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar, Bali and will assist participants with arrivalformalities and transportation to the hotel.

Participants are also requested to inform the secretariat at least 24 hours in advance oftheir departure’s schedule. This will facilitate the expeditious arrangement of localtransportation to the Ngurah Rai International Airport. According to the nationalregulations, any person at their international departure will pay Rp 150.000,- (onehundred and fifty thousand rupiahs) and Rp 40.000,- for domestic departure for airporttax. The airport tax shall be at the delegate’s own expense.

SECTION IIHOSPITALITY

1. AccommodationThe accommodation cost will be covered by the Host Parliament at the Grand HyattHotel from 21 to 23 November 2012 (3 nights). The host parliament will only cover 2(two) rooms for each delegation, as stated in the invitation letter.

Delegates who check-in earlier before 21 November 2012 and check-out late after 24November 2012 shall be at their own expenses.

Delegates wishing to upgrade their hotel’s rooms and book more than 2 (two) rooms foradditional delegates are kindly advised to inform the Secretariat in advance.

Hotel’s terms:Any delegate who cannot check-in on the arrival date given (no show) will be charged 1(one) night of the room rate. Late check-out after 2 p.m. will be charged 50 % of theroom rate and late check-out after 6 p.m. will be charged 1 (one) night of the room rate.Any delegates who need an extra bed will be charged IDR 350+++-/person, includingbreakfast.

2. Additional ExpensesAny arrangements made by Delegation for accommodation and meals other than thosespecified above and charges for room service, alcoholic beverages, mini-bar items,laundry, telephone calls (local or overseas) and laundry expenses, will be at theDelegation’s own account.

The additional cost charged for this purpose will be at the delegate’s own expenses andthe reservation should be guaranteed by credit card and or deposit at the time of check-in. Any charges to the hotel should be paid in Indonesian Currency (IDR).

Delegates are encouraged to check the status of their personal accounts at the hotelcashier and settle them before departure.

3. TransportationTransportation for Delegation from Airport to the Grand Hyatt Hotel and vice-versawill be provided from 20 November until 24 November 2012.

Coaches will be provided for the delegation and accompanying persons for officialfunction as specified in the program.

4. Meals and ReceptionsMeals (excluding alcoholic beverages) will be provided for Delegation at venuesspecified in the program. Delegation wishing to make other meal arrangements willmeet the cost themselves.

All officially-hosted Delegation are cordially invited to the receptions and eventsindicated in the program.

5. Social EventThe programme of official events will be included in the Conference Handbook, whichdelegates will receive upon their registration. It is not necessary for individual delegatesto convey acceptance of invitation to official functions during the Conference, as thesewill be deemed to have accepted collectively on their behalf.

5. Internet Services and Typing PoolInternet facilities and Typing Pool for Delegates are available at Penida. Internetconnections made through hotel rooms will be at the Delegate’s own expense.

6. First Aid ServicesDuring the Conference, the first aid facilities will be provided at the premises of theSecretariat room, at Grand Hyatt Hotel. In case of emergency, individuals will be takento a hospital in the neighbourhood to receive emergency medical treatment. Medicalfacilities costs and prescriptions will be at the individual’s own expense. Participantsare advised to take out adequate insurance.

SECTION IVABOUT BALI

Bali, is a province in the country of Indonesia. The island is located in the westernmost endof the Lesser Sunda Islands, lying between Java to the west and Lombok to the east. It is oneof the country's 33 provinces with the provincial capital at Denpasar towards the south of theisland. The province covers a few small neighbouring islands as well as the isle of Bali.

With a population recorded as 3,891,428 in the 2010 census, the island is home to most ofIndonesia's Hindu minority. In the 2000 census about 92.29% of Bali's population adhered toBalinese Hinduism while most of the remainder follows Islam. It is also the largest touristdestination in the country and is renowned for its highly developed arts, including traditionaland modern dance, sculpture, painting, leather, metalworking, and music. A tourist haven fordecades, Bali has seen a further surge in tourist numbers in recent years

Tampak Siring

Tirtha Empul Temple is a Hindu Temple located in a valley between two hills with bigsprings and sacred by the local residents as a place to melt all the bad influences in the bodyand purifies the soul and mind. Tirtha Empul Temple or better known as Tampak SiringTemple or Holy Water Temple is a place to purify our self from the bad influences in lifewhere we can discover the traditional showers sourced from the springs at this temple. Thewater that comes out from the shower is believed to eliminate all kind of diseases includingadverse effect in the human life and give the new holy spirits. This place is very famous inBali and many visited by local people and tourists every day since it has been appointed asone of the tourist destinations in Bali

Tampak Siring Temple is located in Tampak Siring Village, Gianyar Regency, about 39 kmto the east of Denpasar City. It is strategically situated beside of the main street to Kintamani,one of the famous tourist destinations in the island of god. It is set in the valley surrounded bythe hill where the west hill was set a president palace of Indonesia Republic

Besakih

Besakih Temple is the biggest Hindu temple in Bali which the local people call PuraBesakih. It owns beautiful view from the top of temple area where we can see the widenature panorama until to the ocean so that way this temple is many visited by tourists from allover the world. Besakih Temple is located in Besakih countryside, Rendang sub district,Karangasem regency, east part of the island. It is located in southwest side bevel of mountAgung, the biggest mounts in Bali. It is because pursuant to Agung Mount confidence isholiest and highest mount in Bali Island.

Kuta Beach

Once a lonely little village on the road from Denpasar to Bukit Peninsula, Kuta is now thetourist Mecca of Bali, popular mainly among the young and adventurous. Kuta beach is oneof the first favorite beaches discovered by tourist. Coconut trees line the sand beach as far asthe eyes can see towards the north stopped by the runway of Denpasar's airport far in thewest. The sunset in Kuta is most breathtaking. On the south, the beach is fenced by theairport's runway, which gives the visitors a breathtaking landing experience. Kuta Beachbustles with tourists' vendors and locals. It's the most popular beach in Bali and the island'snumber one party zone. The beach stretches as far north as the eyes can see. As short walkaway north, the waves will invite to surfing. Rapid development and an influx of visitorshaven't kept the surfers away and Kuta still remains one of Bali's best surfing beaches and agreat place to enjoy a beach lifestyle

Ubud

Ubud is a remarkable town in the middle of the island of Bali. For more than a century, it hasbeen the island's preeminent centre for fine arts, dance and music. While it once was a havenfor scruffy backpackers, cosmic seekers, artists and bohemians, Ubud is now a hot spot forliterati, glitterati, art collectors and connoisseurs. Famous names walk its busy sidewalks

everyday. Elegant five star hotels and sprawling mansions now stand on its outskirts,overlooking the most prized views in Bali. Nonetheless, Ubud is still popular withbackpackers, mystics and all the finest fringe elements of global society. Ubud is not"ruined". Its character is too strong to be destroyed. It still draws people who add something;people who are actively involved in art, nature, anthropology, music, dance, architecture,environmentalism, "alternative modalities," and more.

Kumbasari Market

Kumbasari Market is located on Jl. Gajah Mada, Denpasar, near the Badung River. Thistraditional, non-air-conditioned market offers an interesting overview of an Indonesia market.In the basement, you will find the traditional market and lots of traditional kitchen craftsmade out of woven bamboo on the first floor. The second floor provides spices and driedgoods as well as a wide variety of Balinese printed batik, Balinese and Javanese hand-woventextiles and various batik textiles at reasonable prices, while the household wares andclothing can be found on the third floor.

Sukawati Art Market

Sukawati Art Market is located on Jl. Raya Sukawati, Gianyar, across the SukawatiTraditional Market. Set in a new two-story building, the art market sells a wide variety ofmerchandises, ranging from statues to dance costumes, all at reasonable prices. A largevariety of woven baskets can be found here along with Balinese ceremonial items made fromcolorful prada (gold painted cloth).
