UAE residents returning to DXB

1. Dubai residence visa holders:• Dubai residency visa holders should have a valid approval from GDRFAD.• https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitServiceForm.aspx

2. Other Emirate residence visa holders:• Other Emirate residency visa holders should have a valid visa entry permit on ICA.• https://smartservices.ica.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/guest/index.html#/residents-entry-confirmation

3. COVID-19 test:• Passengers are required to carry COVID-19 negative test result of the PCR test conducted not more than 96

hours before departure.• The 96 hour time frame for accepting the Negative COVID19 Certificates should start from the date of

sample/swab collection not from the date of report issuing.• Children under 12 and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from PCR.• All Negative COVID19 Certificates must be signed and stamped by a healthcare provider.• The UAE will accept Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) laboratory results from any lab

authorized by the Government of India - https://www.icmr.gov.in/• A Hardcopy of the Negative COVID19 Certificates is required and will be collected on arrivals at DXB.

5. Health Declaration and Quarantine Undertaking Forms:• Health declaration and quarantine undertaking forms must be printed and completed before travelling.• Health Declaration Form to be collected by the airline at check-in. Airline should keep this form and present to

Authorities upon request.• Quarantine Undertaking Form will be collected by Dubai Health Authority at arrivals in DXB.

6. APIS rejected at the time of check-in:• If APIS is rejected at check-in and system prompts for CONTACT UAE GOVT, then a snapshot of the below docs

needs to be sent by email to APIUAECallCenter@manafth.aeo Passport front pageo RT-PCR test resulto Visao GDRFAD approval

• Flight number, date and routing is to be mentioned in the email requesting OK TO BOARD.• A call can also be made to UAE API on 00971 50 8184527.• If OK TO BOARD received, pax to be accepted with GOVT OVERRIDE.

These are residents whose residence/employment visas are stamped in their passports.

Tourists and New resident/employment visa holders arriving DXB

6. Health insurance:• Tourists arriving Dubai must have a valid health insurance for UAE.

These are visitors who have online or printed tourist/visit/entry permit visas, or those who are eligible for visa on arrival.
