RC Benchtop Dispenser / Conveyor This system features the RC model (slip roller) conveyor with quick adjust rails to accommodate pallets of different sizes. The MG robot is attached to the framework and provides all controls and logic for full automatic production. All mechanism and controls are mounted over head for easy access to the tooling / conveyor. Up to 16 heads may be controlled by the software. Each has a precision slide to retract when not in use. Pre-Programmed System Dispensing six different colors of vinyl (Plastisol) into aluminum molds. Images taken from graphic or cad type programs. Software function allows fluid volume adjustment and automatic valve selection. No programming required.

It Can’t Be Any Simpler Images may be directly imported and set up in the software, or taught with the advanced Jog & Teach function, that draws the patterns while you teach. Any file may be modified with a few mouse clicks.
