Investments by NRIs/ FIIs are allowed on a full repatriation basis

Daily announcement of NAV's on all business days and quarterlydisclosure of complete portfolio through Fund's Newsletters.

Growth Plan

All Income earned and realized profit in respect of a unit issued underthat will continue to remain invested until repurchase and shall be

deemed to have remain invested in the option itself which will be

reflected in the NAV.

Dividend Plan

The Trustees reserve the right to declare dividend under the Scheme

depending on the net distributable surplus available under the Option.

It should, however, be noted that the actual distribution of dividendsand the frequency of distribution will depend, inter alia, on the

availability of the distributable surplus and will be entirely at the

discretion of the Trustees or any Committee authorized by them.

Bonus Plan

Under the Bonus Option, the Trustees may declare issue of bonus unitsby capitalising net earnings and the amount standing to the credit of

the reserves in the scheme

Loads shall be applicable as per the prevailing load structure of the

scheme. However, no exit load will be charged where the STP is into

an equity fund from a non - equity fund.

Note: As per Notice cum Addendum dated 28.09.2012, Regular Plan will be continued as a

Single Plan and will be available for Subscription while the Wealth Plan has beendiscontinued for Fresh Subscription w.e.f 01.10.2012
