In faze one of our business plans we intend to bring tothe UK market a Magnetic Generator for cleanproduction of electricity for home and business. who will pass a selection process before each being set up in

business. The successful franchisee will be responsible for marketing

in their contracted territory.

In addition franchisees will be expected to develop customer relations

with a wide range of customers and to sell a full range of products from

the Earth Village Green Earth catalogue (more on the Catalogue later).

Other Services and Products will be available from the Earth Village

website. Administrative support will come from the Earth Village Head

Office and Major business will be developed by senior managers.

The Road to Franchise-

This describes the model we are adopting to recruit 500 area managers throughout the UK.After finishing the selection process the successful applicant will qualify for funding support to offset the cost ofsetting up their own business.

All money from sales in the first 6 month period will be held in an offshore bank account until the 6 months is up.

This will be a joint account with the Franchisee, Earth Village and New Deal for Self Employment.

At any time during the six months a highly achieving franchisee may choose to sign off the unemployment

register and start earning immediately. These Franchises are expected to be highly lucrative!

Building the Infrastructure for Success

Earth Village Project RecruitmentA national recruitment initiative will be carried out by Earth Village recruitment team and will be established under theEarth Village Umbrella creating and protecting jobs in Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, Tourism, Research, Education,

Health and in the Humanitarian and Philanthropic sector. The same recruitment drive will also be seeking out somep.a.y.e positions supporting and including a great number of volunteers for humanitarian and environmental work withour supported charities. Earth Village project intends to be the point of contact for anyone seeking employment in theHumanitarian Sector. There is currently no such organization that provides the money and staff with full back up tocreate jobs anywhere in the world, so we see this as a first steep in a very long term global growth plan .

Adverts will soon be placed in Job Centers throughout the UK as soon as the Head Office, Training Facility andlocation for the Work Trials are established. We have looked at hiring a large country house for this purpose and havefound this to be the most cost effective way of moving forward.

Establishing a Strong Foundation

We have a short list of suitable country house properties to work with. This idealproperty comes with flexible furnishings. 6 reception rooms and can be set up asoffice, training, work and Edutainment space. 14 bedrooms can be configured ina way to allow mid to long term residents to share rooms whereas several of thelarger bedrooms can be set up as bunk rooms to meet our target of 50 candidatesper selection cycle.

At this point of the project additional funds will be available from governmentbodies and back to work initiatives to cover all our recruitment and first stagetraining costs for each successful candidate placed into one of the required 15day work trial job roles

Each work trial will be a day to day experience planed to co run an Earth Villagefranchise, set up as a local franchise trading post and office with small scalemanufacturing and recycling capabilities and local and internet trading.

The Earth Village Road show- Initially work trials will be based at the country house Head Office andthe first Earth Village will be established in its grounds. However we intend to step up the Earth Village Project early onwith new Earth Villages being established across the country to meet a variety of business growth demands andphilanthropic project commitments. An Earth Village will be a traveling product fair selling a range of Green productsfor the Home and Business as well as offering work shops, training events and fundraising events. As we step up ourrecruitment initiative to reach our target of 500 Franchise managers these first Earth Villages will also be the locationof interviews and work trials.
