Working with eClass Grades

An Overview

At the Start of the Term

Access your school’s eClass Data Server. Using the eClass “Generic Class” file,

import your eClass Rosters, and create your eClass “Class Files”.

Define Assignment Categories. Setup Assignments. Setup Styles/Report Preferences. Save a Backup of your Data.

During the Term

Add Assignment Categories. Add Assignments. Create Seating Charts (if desired). Enter Scores & Comments. Print Reports (if desired). Periodically update your Class Rosters. Save a Backup of your Data.

At the End of the Term

Print Reports (if desired). Export Term Marks to the Server. Save a Backup of your Data.

What is a “Style” File?

“Style” Files are created to save the many options chosen for a given report or reports.

Use the “Default” style before printing or “Open Style” (for your saved styles).
