Rocker switches installed in dash board, mainly in order to control vehi-cle accessories and functions.
We offer a fast and flexible service of unique styling of symbols in order to meet end-customer unique requirements and supply according to customer request and setup. We take part of design of the symbol, we produce it through laser edging and deliver accoding customers request.
KEY SWITCH MOLEX MICROFIT– MINING EQUIPMENT
Key solution is used to give the operator access to vehicle functions. Solution where a special setup of key functions were requested and solution is mounted in PCB with Molex Microfit connector. We supplied a key solution with functions and special cable with connector. Delivery setup to Tier1 cab supplier.
SENSOR PROBE – COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
Customer needed to measure several different levels in a coolant liquid tank for a hybrid bus application with one device. A solution was provided with an electronic sensor and a floating ring in the tank indicating the different levels of coolant liquid. We supplied a compact solution mounted directly in the tank.

A modular fuseholder was introduced with special color coding to avoid faulty connection.
We supplied a mounted fuseholder according to customer requirement. Delivery setup to OEM & Tier1 supplier.
CUSTOMIZED MEGAFUSEHOLDERS – COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
Bodybuilder fuseholder, IP54 for trucks containing one Megafuse. With out-breakable sealed in- and outlets for special designed rubber grommets.
We made customised design according to customer requirements and specifi-cation. We had an active part in the development process and in
realizing a concept to a serial part.
BATTERY POLE FUSEBOX – MINING EQUIPMENT
Main fuse close to batterypole ensures safe circuit protection minimizes unprotected area.
Application demanded to include fuses in range from 10A to 500A wich resulted in special assembly by EG Electronics.

Battery pack is located in narrow and a space with no easy access a solu-tion to give auxiliary startpower was initiated.
Auxiliary starter with high focus on easy access for operator and secure design in case of emergency. Housing collapses if hit and neutralises power cords.We are a development partner supporting with project management and test partner and later serial supply.

Main current supply up to 1200A nominal demands high current carrier copper rails and fuses (CAL.1).
The power distribution board is based on modular design to make a customised solution available also for lower volumes.
We provided a solution from drawing to serial delivery to ensure a optimal solu-tion.
6-POLE CONNECTION BOX – COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
For empowering of customer application a compact and rigid connector box with sealed cable inlets.
A connection box with rubber sealings and flexible bolt inserts were creat-ed. No IP sealing due the need to drain off moist.
