In the wake of this crisis, it becomes essential to educate consumers about energy and its rightful usage, and the necessary steps that consumers should take to reduce their demand for electricity as well as their sky-high energy bills. The seminar seeks to sensitize on such issues relating to Electrical Energy safety & Conservation. Within this area our focus will be on the belief in improving Safety through Education.

Electricity energy is a familiar and necessary part of everyday life . Because of the limited amount of electrical energy sources on Earth, it is important to conserve our current supply so that our resources will be available for our future generations. Energy conservation is also important because consumption of sources impacts the environment. Electricity is good servant but bad master. Electrical hazards continue to threaten safety of people and property in the form of shocks, burns, injury, fire and explosion. So electricity can kill or severely injure people and cause damage to property Faulty electrical wiring or equipment and misuse of electrical appliances are usually the main causes of hazard at homes. While the nation’s appetite for electricity consumption is growing at a steady rate, the resources are getting scarce every day.
