CS-kits

CS mounting kits for mounting laser diode

packages on CS mount. AlN plate provides

electrical insulation with negligible thermal

resistance; indium foil between AlN, CS

mount and cold plate to minimize interface

thermal resistance; nylon shoulder washers,

Belleville washers and flat washers together

isolate screws from CS mount while

maintaining compression to indium foil.

Thermoelectric cooling module with copper

cold plate. Single TEC model ECP-046 Qmax

46w, ∆Tmax 48ºC. Dual TEC model Qmax

Model BA-01

Butterfly mounting adaptor PCA directly

mount to butterfly mounting surface, easy to

use, plug-and play! Includes connector PCA,

insulation sheet and 14 pin clamp for zero-

insertion-force connection. Cable to

Model DBH-022

Fan cooled double butterfly mounting station

Custom dual stage TECs enclosed in a

thermally isolating housing, exposed cold

surface accommodates standard CS mount.

Other mounting holes enable sealing the cold
