CS mounting kits for mounting laser diode

packages on CS mount. AlN plate provides

electrical insulation with negligible thermal

resistance; indium foil between AlN, CS

mount and cold plate to minimize interface

thermal resistance; nylon shoulder washers,

Belleville washers and flat washers together

isolate screws from CS mount while

maintaining compression to indium foil.
