Assess

Are you ready to be an entrepreneur, and “work 80 hours per week to avoid working 40?”

Assessing the Motivation, Capacity and Stamina required

Interviews, exchange and feedback with TBG experienced executives help the individual evaluate his/her readiness for a bold change.

This step is a “knock-out” step and if individuals are not suited to move forward they are referred back to client company.

Purpose defineMembers begins to assemble the first picture of several new commercially viable endeavours. Reflecting on past achievements, current capabilities, future desires

Assembly of “evaluators” list that provide critical assessment of each idea. The client seeks input from TBG executives and the EtoE Pathfinder group to develop specific business propositions.

TBG maintains a wide network of individuals who are happy to support new entrepreneurs and whose mind-set is positive, development focused and engaging.

TBG executives continue to be available for coaching, as is the VBO centre. It is expected that the EtoE Pathfinder group will be attractive to participants as an on-going resource after completing year one of the program.

Business propositions are evaluated against TBG’s 5 success criteria, as well as critical feedback from “Evaluators”

This interactive step can be lengthy as the person often re-evaluates their business propositions and continues to hone them using feedback from the evaluator group. The output of this step is a reviewed business proposal that represents the person’s intended future.
