– We have received funds for investigating into the opportunities that PSI provides for SMEs

– Our point of view is that of a re-user– We have formed a national PSI-group with members from ministries, PSI

holders and re-users– Our aim is to gather a group of SMEs in the creative industries together and

apply for a program at Tekes (Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation)

– We provide guidance to SMEs regarding PSI– We participate in the discussion about PSI legislation, pricing and

governing

– We are holding the national meeting– We have met with the national PSI group once– We are collecting case studies about difficulties re-users encounter

– Lack of awareness

– Lack of guidance

– Lack of clear rules (legislation, pricing, competition policy with PSIH)

– Create awareness and provide guidance, participate in discussions

• Has the Association taken action to address these issues?– Yes, in the PSI group meetings and meetings with individual ministries
