`Building IR for the EXCEL

• Search TNs for the EP like you do for the normal EPs.

• Once the communication is established, introduce them to the EXCEL program and throw the possibility of the EPs taking CEED/ TMP/TLP with exchange. Do not forget to send them the EXCEL brochure.

• Take the process ahead like it’s done for the normal EPs.

Method 1

Page 11: Excel: AIESEC India

`Building IR for the EXCEL

• Pitch EXCEL directly to the TN managers/ VPs of the target LCs. Send them the brochure.

• If oGCDP is not getting replies for the same, TM can communicate this to the TM of the target LC as a pilot.

• Once that is done, normal matching procedure can be followed.

Method 2

Page 12: Excel: AIESEC India

`Few important tips while matching:

• The Excel Programme will only be valid if the XL can do the activities specified in the XL JDs. Hence, please make sure that the XL is matched with a suitable TN.

• Self matching should be a very important practice for the EXCEL EPs if you are following method 1. o Talk to your VP oGCDPs/ TL oGCDP if you don’t have

prior experience with matching and train yourself.

• Synergy with TM needs to be a very important practice if you are following the method 2.

• You can follow method 1 and method 2 at the same time also.
