Carolina, to be Commissioner of Food and Drugs, Department of Health and Human Services.

Ordered further, That at 11 a.m., the Senate vote on confirmation of the nomination; that if confirmed,

the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, the President be notified of the Senate’s

action, and upon disposition of the nomination, the Senate then resume legislative session with no intervening
