Can I register online? Yes. Register online at: http://clarksecurity.com/event/sw2015expo/.

Are the Security Expo and classes free? Yes and no. The Security Expo is free, but there is a charge for classes. Pricing for classes depends on the class and whether it is a full- or half-day class.

How can I find out if a class is still available? Call Monica Belisle (858.974.5210 ) or ask your branch for a list of available classes. In the two weeks prior to the Security Expo, class availability changes daily, so remember to check before you register online.

Do I have to register ahead of time for classes? Yes. It is very important that all class registrations are done online at: http://clarksecurity.com/event/sw2015expo/. We need to make sure that the class isn’t full or canceled in order to ensure your enrollment in each class. Registration closes on October 16 at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

How can I pay for classes? Open account customers can pay by account. Our online registration will give you the following options: CLARK account billing, credit card, or check. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will need to fax a credit card authorizaion form to Monica Belisle at 858-974-6720.

Will I get any confirmation of what I am taking? Yes, confirmation will be sent via email.

Badges will be made on site.

What if I want to change classes at the last minute? Email

[email protected] or call Monica Belisle (858.974.5210 ) or your local CLARK Security Products branch to check on class availability. Last minute add-ons will have certificates mailed to them after the show.

If I can’t go to a class, can I send someone in my place? Yes. Email [email protected] or call Monica Belisle (858.974.5210 ) to change the name of the class attendee. We will mail a new certificate after the Security Expo.

Is there a charge if I want to cancel a class? Email [email protected] or call Monica Belisle (858.974.5210 ) to cancel any classes. You will be charged a 25% cancellation fee for any classes canceled within one week of the class, based on the original class fee.

Where do I go to check in for classes on site? Check-in for the CLARK Security Products classes will be in the Adventure Tower Lobby.

Do I have to register ahead of time for the Security Expo? No. However, it will be faster at check-in if you register ahead of time. Everyone needs to check in before entering the show.

Do I need an account to get into the Security Expo? No. However, you cannot make purchases at the Security Expo without having an account with CLARK Security Products.

How do I pay for purchases at the Security Expo on Saturday? Open account customers can pay by account (billing happens the week after the Security Expo). COD customers must pay with a check or credit card.
