in marks from the original eBaminer to the realuation marks#The method of moderation-random reie. has been adopted in the aluation process as a measure to check

any erratic aluation and it .as only on account of the comparison .ith the realuation marks that the etitioner members hae dra.n an inference that the aluation is

erratic# 7ig dierence in marks in the original aluation and re2aluation cannot by itself be termed as arbitrary and negligent aluation# 9t is necessary to be noted that

.hen large number of ans.er scripts are alued there is a chance of human error and therefore the system of realuation/ moderation and scaling has been adopted in

order to oset any such errors# 7ecause of the adoption of the process of realuation/ moderation and scaling the said errors hae been identi=ed and therefore/ it .ould
