Feel Good / visual developments

I have developed some visual ideas and illustrations so that i can move on with the brief and get some visual ideas down on paper to start experimenting. I have used simple illustrations to represent the company’s values and style.

Feel Good / visual Inspiration

Looking into character designs and di�erent style of design to I can manipulate into my own chracters has been really helpful. My characters need to be simple, colourful, stand out from the background with a slight realistic look. The characters need to have di�erent personality through feature and facial expressions.

I have looked into di�erent illustration styles to get inspired with my own designs and layouts. The biggest inspiration of mine has been the Metro advert as they seem to incorporate simplistic features and fun loving characters.

I have identi�ed key locations and products that will best Communicate and engage with the target audience. Young people are more concerned with new technology and using social network-ing sites. I have planned to build a website that will allow the audience to digitally connect to the audience. I will also target the audience through outdoor advertising in various ways.

I am going to create a way �nding point around the city leading people into the shops where the drinks are sold as this is a big problem with the drinks company that not a lot of people know about the drink and where to buy it. I am also going to spread my campaign around the city on billboards and Ashells where the audience travels and shops.

Feel Good / Drink benefits

Through my research I have found very informative research that supports and evidences why Feel Good drinks are better for people then their competitors and why people should drink them.

I am basing my communication around the bene�ts of the drinks as I feel this needs to be more apparent and stand out from other competitors. I have found some shocking facts and �gures from doing this research.

The bitter truth is that a small bottle of flavoured water can contain as much sugar as a plate of Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

Many fruit drinks on the market have more than their rightful share of sugar in them and it's always worth reading the small print. In some cases, there are up to the equivalent of eight sugar lumps in a standard bottle of a so-called healthy drink. Not so with Feel Good Drinks as with this range, it is sweetened with naturally occurring fruit sugars and thus, contains no refinded sugar nor artificial sweeteners.

I have made a lot of progress with my visual design and illustrations which has allowed me to make some key decisions such as, colour schemes, shapes, type, etc.

I have still got a long way to go with the development of the charac-ters and adding a personality to the characters to reperesent the compliments I am going to communicate to my audience.These characters will allow me to expand across di�erent medias.

Each character rperesents a fruit flavour for the feel good drinks. Each character will demonstrate a benefit of the Feel Good drink. The characters will also have an indivdual story.

I have chosen sophisticated, simple font that will be recognsable and clear to the audience.This typeface is stepping away from the childish theme that they had been using before.

Feel Good / Survey

Key information from the audience has proven to be really helpful to me in developing a concept and communication that will sucessfully make people feel good and help make them aware of the drinks bottle. I wanted to talk to the audience n their level of knowlege and understanding of the subject.

There are alot of common words and opinions found within this survey. This will allow me to make key design decisions that will allow my work to be more sucessful.
