As the building is old, there will be issues

related to the integration of service to the

Building utility system

As the building is east facing, it is exposed to

more natural light, which can reduce the energy

cost and contribute to LEED ratings [If a

planned]

Relatively lesser exposure to natural light.

15 AccousticsExposed to lesser external noise , compared to

City Tower.

Exposed to higher external noise level due to

the presence of SZR Traffic and hence

requires more accoustical insulations all

around.
