MWR Customer Service ProgramsFacility ChecksFacility checks are done by Marketing Staff bi monthly to checkcleanliness, check hours of operation signs and services, ICE flyers are clearly displayed and evaluate staff appearance and attitude.

ICE Comment Cards The Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system is a web based tool that allows customers to submit online comment cards to rate the service they have encountered at MWR facilities.

Mystery ShopperMystery shoppers are customers hired to evaluate customer service and facility standards at numerous locations on post by posing as the average customer. If you are interested in becoming a Mystery Shopper please call 568-6078.

Customer Service Training Programs include “Telephone Doctor”, Operation Excellence and others.
