BREAD CORNER

Melt 1/2 stick of butter and add crushed garlic,cook until garlic just starts to brown. Cutchicken into bite-size pieces and add to garlic.Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Add mushroomsand shrimp. Cook, stirring frequently, untilchicken and shrimp are done. Melt remaining

butter. Add mustard and wine. Mix thoroughly.Mix remaining cup of wine and flour in a cupand add slowly to chicken and shrimp. Thiswill thicken the sauce. Serve immediately overcooked pasta.

Directions:

1 lb shrimp, cleaned & deveined 1 pkg chicken tenders or boneless

chicken breasts 4 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed 1 cup fresh, sliced mushrooms

2 cups white wine (reserve 1 cup to mixwith flour)

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 lb angel hair pasta or linguine 1 stick butter 2 teaspoons flour

Ingredients:

Chicken & Shrimp Over Pasta

Wash the potatoes and prick with fork severaltimes. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour, oruntil done. Cool. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise;then scoop out pulp and set aside. Discard potatoskins.

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat;add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute,stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cookover medium heat, stirring constantly, untilmixture is thickened and bubbly.

Add potato pulp, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoonsgreen onions, 1/2 cup bacon, and 1 cup cheese.Cook until thoroughly heated; stir in sourcream. Add extra milk, if necessary, for desiredthickness. Serve with remaining cheese, onion,and bacon.

4 large baking potatoes 2/3 cup butter 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 6 cups milk 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper

4 green onions, chopped and divided 12 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided 1 1/4 cups (5 oz) grated Cheddar cheese, divided 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
