Hi All! Please read the below instructions and follow the fixture for the above Hoop Time day.

• Games are fixtured as 2 x 8 minute halves. • As there is only 1 ASG Team on the day, they will play against the Future Stars throughout the

day. Any games between the ASG & FS teams are to be played for FUN & NO POINTS. The ASG will automatically qualify for Regional Finals and will receive basketballs on the day.

• Geraldine will be the coordinator on the day. • Eagle Stadium (formerly Werribee Rec Centre), Ballan Rd, Werribee. Mel: 205 E7 • The day begins at 9.30am so please be at the stadium by 9.15am to ensure the day runs smoothly. • Game balls will be provided by Basketball Victoria. • First aid equipment is the responsibility of each school. • Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all times. • Canteen facilities are available for lunch, drinks and snacks • Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time to make sure the day runs as

scheduled. • Please also ensure you read the entire fixture & ensure you play in any possible Finals or

Consolation Games you are involved in. If you MUST leave before presentations at the end of the day, please check in with the coordinator to let them know you are going.

• Once the day has concluded, can teachers please ensure they clean up their areas and place all rubbish in the bins provided.
