The first and second semester consist of compulsory courses aimed at providing a strong foundation for all the basic principles and tools of management. At the end of the second semester, the students undergo a summer internship for a period of 8-10 weeks at leading organizations. This provides them with an opportunity to gain a firsthand experience of the real work environment and grooms them to face the future challenges. The training culminates in the submission of a detailed project report and a presentation by each student. In the second year of the program, the students take several integrative courses in management and specialize in one as major and one as minor. As a means of achieving this end, a number of guest lectures are also arranged.

School aims to bring out the best talent of BKites in terms of clarity of concepts,  analytical power, communication skills, personality and presentation skills- the pre-requisites  for a good manager. It is a great learning experience and perfectly syndicated efforts that keeps the fest free from any glitches.

Renaissance“It is not only about having steady hands to materialize what one imagines, it’s more about loving what you do”

PratibimbOur honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has initiated a cleanliness drive ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ all across the country. Consequently, many cities, institutions, organizations etc. have followed in his footsteps.

But at our college, it’s nothing new. B. K. School of Business Management has been following this principle since 2009 through our annual event, Pratibimb.

Pratibimb means reflection, a considerable thought. Keeping its meaning in mind, students and faculty members shows a great enthusiasm and eagerness in cleaning their ‘Second Home’.

Finance ConclaveA conclave was organised in October’15, wherein Business professionals from the Corporate Houses, Financial Services Sector, PE/VC Industry, Students, Alumni, and Academicians came together to discuss emerging issues, challenges & opportunities in the areas of Management and how we need to prepare ourselves to move ahead.

ConferenceA conference was organised in January’15 to provide a platform for academicians, practitioners, entrepreneurs, research scholars and students to delve upon the contemporary Management and research practices and decode what lies ahead. Moreover, the theme of the conference –‘Management and Research Practices in Emerging Markets’ was chosen so as to explore the management and research practices in various dynamic sectors of the emerging markets.

NYSNational Youth Summit-2016, designed to motivate youth leadership for empowering India, was a great attraction for young minds to share best practices, to discuss needs, gaps and challenges facing this country and to discover ways to work together.
