AIESEC

MICROSOFT Malta has partnered up with AIESEC in Malta to provide financial support to 5 students to take

up an IT internship abroad with start-ups seeking youth willing to contribute to their growth through their career

and expertise.

AIESEC's Global Entrepreneurs program connects

youth to a dynamic opportunity to work within a start-

up on a first hand basis from 6 up to 12 weeks. Being

part of a small start-up team you can have direct

impact on the growth, results and success of the start-

up. This opportunity develops several entrepreneurial

and leadership skills while allowing growth on a

personal as well as on a professional level, enabling

greater awareness of one's strengths and weaknesses.

Main Criteria for Eligibility

• 18 – 29 years of age

• IT Career Background

• Minimum availability of 6 weeks between

July – September 2016

Role Description

● Understanding business model of this company;

● Translating website into other languages;

● Drawing up detailed website specifications;

● Designing sample page layouts including text size and colors;

● Designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital

photographs;

● Registering website http://www.Sabenterijeri.Rs/;

● Presenting initial design ideas to clients;

● Working with different content management systems;

● Search engine optimization;

● Editing content and re-designing web pages;

● Testing the website to ensure it is working;

● Researching current design trends;

● Continual professional development to keep up to date with new

software developments.

Web Designer at S.A.B. Enterijeri

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Role Description

● Mobile application developing - Front-end developing

● Apply software engineering principles to design, development,

documentation, testing and debugging of software applications

and system.

● Making documentation on IT related tasks. Assist with

implementing new features

● Participate in technical discussions and brainstorming with team

members.

Front End Developer at Presta

Location: Novi Sad, Serbia

Duration: 8 Weeks

Role Description

The working environment is international and the driving force of the

company is a responsible approach to every task, innovative ideas and

brilliant communication.

● Working in software development department in PHP and

Javascript and at least one of those: ember.js, angular.js,

backbone.

● Development of business software (major)

● Learning new tools, methodology, framework (minor)

● Software research (minor)

● Collaborate with the whole team that works in the company,

especially with an intern who will work in the field of Marketing.

Software Developer Intern

Role Description

If you are somebody who understands the entire spectrum of

development,like responding to challenges ,has a higher view on things

and like making the lives of the other easier then this position is for you.

● Full stack web developer

● Create clean, testable codes and can iterate fast.

● Work on Code Bender Back end and front pacing using HTLM ,

CSS, Javascript.

● Develop high standard code which will be used everyday by

thousands of people and have a solution oriented attitude to

address everyday challenges.

Full-Stack Web Development (Emphasis on back-end)

Location: Vitoria, Brazil

Duration: 11-12 Weeks

Role Description

We understand that only with the harmony between Software, Training

and Consulting is possible to increase the chances of success in Project,

Buildings and Enterprises Planning and Management.

● Creation of landing pages directed to sales and expansion of the

company.

● Update of the site and others company's media.

● Development and optimization of e-learning platform.

● Monitoring and control of digital metrics.

● Creation of material for digital media, newsletter, email marketing

and advertising.

● Write a report on the work done and record a 5 minutes video

about the experience at the end of the exchange.
