A functional department thatsets the AIESEC brand in themarket and helps AIESECprogramme to penetrate themarket. We support otherdepartments in their processes.We also ensure and maintainthe brand positioning ofAIESEC.

What we do:We contact corporates in Malaysia and look into their talent demands. We help them to grow and expand by providing global talents from other parts of the world. Besides, we serve as the host for these foreign talents, by integrating them into our local culture

A functional departmentconnecting talents from allaround the world to theMalaysian corporates, with thevision and mission of enhancingthe local workforce. We are alsothe catalyst of change for aglobalized workforce in theMalaysian corporate world.

What we do:• Financial management• Reimbursement• Project budgeting & reviewing• Relationship management with

university & administration (at Team Leader level)

A functional department that actsas the treasurer and secretary ofthe organization. We manage thefinances of the organization andare the spokesperson whendealing with universityauthorities.
