GPL

DEFINITION

GPL is a competition among Division designed to increase the speed in performing

work measured with system applications used in PAMASUKA Area. This competition is

dedicated to establish a new culture in the company where SPEED of completion of the

work is the most important part, but the quality is maintained as high. Kick-off on

27 November 2014.

GPLGOALS

Elevate the spirit of working which is always keep fast (SPEED) with the support of all

team members (SOLID) and demanded intelligence (SMART) in choosing how to work,

thus creating and increasing values of high Enthusiasm and Totality in every employees

activities during work.

GPLCOMPETITION MECHANISM

About how competition is done by using a system of calculations have been adjusted.

Currently, the competition mechanism will be measured by SPEEDonly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Types of assessment : (1) Area Office, (2) Region Office

The base average score : from 1stJanuary 2014 until 30thNovember 2014

Winner : Division/Region that gets the highest point results

Scale of result point : 0 to10

Assessment Area Office : Comparison between base average score & current score Assessment Region Office : inter-regional comparisons to find the best among them

Mechanism of scoring : Measured by the SPEEDof the completion time

OTHER INFORMATION:

IT & owner/custody apps will provide information monthly to all participants, both in the form

of progress reports or report results

Judge decisions are final and binding, including in the process of determining the winner of

this program

Measurements were taken before the start of the competition end of November 2014 and the

end of each quarter of 2015 will be measured back to determine the order of the competition

participants division GPL. Determination GPL Champion (per quarter) will be decided by the

jury (EVP and VP).
