The time to act is now! Green is no longer in champagne activism territory; it has firmly positioned itself in the business

mainstream as the next clean engine for economic growth.

With rapid strides in technology, economic pressures, high energy prices, resource shortages, environmental threats,

and compliance imperatives driving unprecedented growth in green energy, the pressure on scientists, technologists,

government, and the industry to develop and adopt new methods for harnessing green energy has never been this

overpowering. The first of its kind in India, Green Energy Summit 2009 will provide a unique platform for debate,

dialogue and action between research, industry, academia, financial organisations, entrepreneurs and government

bodies worldwide.

Green Energy Summit 2009 is a confluence of four tiers that, beyond bringing into picture those questions that are

most relevant for India at this juncture, will see a congregation of the most intelligent minds and proactive

organisations to create a sustained, result-oriented mindset.

The summit will go beyond exploring path breaking initiatives, technologies and products, by focusing on solutions

that will accelerate the production and adoption of viable, non-polluting forms of energy. It will encourage face-to-

face exchange of ideas, recognise green achievers, provide showcasing and matchmaking opportunities for suppliers

and buyers, and deliver beyond the class room experiences.

Whether you are a veteran or a newcomer to this exciting industry, the Green Energy Conference at Green Energy Summit 2009 presents a

unique opportunity to learn and assimilate technology know-how, market knowledge, policy expertise, and innovation excellence of experts

from India, Europe, US, and Asia Pacific, in focussed settings. All this besides being involved as a key stakeholder in spreading "green" impact in a

market that is growing at a clipping 20% every year. With a conference program put together by green energy visionaries, authorities and

industry watchers from the media, Green Energy Conference's program will reflect the underlying theme for 2009, Applying Green for a

Clean Future, with ample focus on applications that will trigger and catalyse stakeholders to create action. The four tracks at the conference

will offer incisive insights through ministerial and dignitary keynotes, industry round tables, policy briefings, power panels, Birds of feather

(BoF) discussions, break-out sessions and hands-on workshops.

customers to see, feel and interact with your company, where the buyer is under no strain to make a purchase.

Your success in reaching your target audience is of prime importance to us. The exposition will encourage our guests, speakers and delegates to spend
