This is to notify grievance parties that we have received informationthat the Respondent, George Skinner, has switched his voterregistration from Republican to "No Party Affiliation" (NPA). As aresult of this change, Mr. Skinner is no longer eligible to serve onthe Pasco County Republican Executive Committee and his seat asPrecinct Committeeman is now vacant.

After consulting with the General Counsel and the Chairman of theGrievance Committee, this issue is considered resolved and the
