Please read all instrucions, including those on pattern pieces, before beginning. Trace the pattern onto heavy paper to make a template then cut out. Trace the template onto wrong side of fabric with vanish pencil.

Sew directly on trace lines then cut seam allowances ¼”. For few pieces is possibile the seam allowance will be included in the pattern pieces, is written on the piece.

Clip all seam fabric around the piece, specially in curves and inside corners - Trim batting and warm near seam. Clip a slit in the pieces through one layer only then turn right sides out Half line or fold double fabric as marked • •

INSTRUCTIONS CURTAINS: Join two piece of model’s curtain and with valance model trace on the fabric, cut on the sign. Border the curtains and valance with fabric bias. Place curtains on the back of valance then stop with some pins. Sew togheter with running stitch on top of valance to obtain a lenght of 14 inch, then knot off. Glue curtains in the back of wreath.

GIRL: Trace the model of head on muslin, sew on the sign. Trim and clip a slit in the pieces throught one layer then turn right sides out. Stuff and close the opening. Embroidery the mouth, sew and stuff the nose then apply with hidden point. Tie a knot in the middle a tuft of wool 7 inches long. Sew on top of head, then apply some strands of wool for tuft. Finish the hair with scissors. Trace the model of arm on muslin, sew on the sign. Trim, turn right sides out then stuff and close the opening. Trace the model of sleeve on fabric, sew on the sign then trim and turn right sides out. Fold inwards the edge on the sign onto the model. Press and fix with fabric glue. Insert the arms into the sleeves then stop with some point.

Sew and stuff the body, close the opening. With needle’s doll sew the arms to sides of body. Sew a running stitck in the piece of lace , draw up then place onto the body , stop with some point. Insert a wood stick at the base of head then into the collar, glue.

FLOWER and POT: Trace six piece of model for each flower on fabric, then cut on the sign with scissors zig-zag. Fold the circle in the middle wrong sides togheter. Fall back on side to the left and other side to the right, stop at the base with pin : this is a petal. Place the six petal onto the circle of felt ( diameter 1 ¼ inch) then fix with circular stitching in the center. Glue yellow button in the center of flower.

To form the stem, glue a piece of cored green wire on the back of some flowers. Trace the model of leaf on the fabric, sew on the sign.Trim, turn right sides out, stuff lightly then close the opening. Trace and sew the model of pot onto brown felt. Sew on the sign, turn right sides out then stuff and close the opening. Place and glue the flower and leaves on the pot.

SUN an CLOUD: Trace the model of sun and cloud on fabric, sew on the sign. Trim and turn right sides out. Stuff and close the opening. Finish the cloud with running stitch around. To simplify the creation of the sun …trace and sew the model on the right of fabric, cut around with scissors zig-zag, then stuff. Place all pieces into the wreath, then glue with hot glue. Make-up and finished as picture... WINDOW in BLOOM is ready. The finished craft is tall 16 x 18 inch. Happy Work! Ivy
