We need to have a healthy habits to be health, Young and fit.
Habits that we have to have to get a healthy life are:
Drink a lot of water
Eat foods with much fiber
Do work out
We can’t eat junk food
Eat less salt
Sleep seven hours at day
Delete the
negatives habits and
maintain a healthy
weight
Is a lifestyle that seeks enjoy of the major quality of life with the minor impact in our planet.
It is ordinary people who simply want
to participate in the development of ideas to save the planet.
Green people's lifestyle is a ”sustainable lifestyle” which means a natural and eco balance of the human relationship with the ecology of the Earth and her cycles.
The people who have a green lifestyle is because they love nature and try not to destroy it using and prometing methods as of the three R´s.
The Three R's
• Buy products that don't have a lot of packaging. Some products are wrapped in many layers of plastic and paperboard even though they don't need to be. You can also look for things that are packed in materials that don't require a lot of energy or resources to produce.
REDUCE
Reuse
• Coffee cans, shoe boxes, margarine containers, and other types of containers people throw away can be used to store things or can become fun arts and crafts projects.
RECYCLE
• Check collection centers and curbside pickup services to see what they accept, and begin collecting those materials. These can include metal cans, newspapers, paper products, glass, plastics and oil.
