SUITE HOLDER To facilitate and simplify communication between you, St. Cloud State University (SCSU) and Chartwells, it is important that each Suite appoint one person as its Suite Holder Administrator (Suite Holder). Once this is completed, all information will be directed to this person. EVENT NOTIFICATION All Suite Holders will receive a priority email announcing all upcoming events. At this time, you will have the ability to purchase tickets for the Suite for that particular event. INVOICING All invoices will be directed to the Suite Holder, who will be responsible for the proper processing and timely payment. Chartwells requires each suite have a credit card on file with the catering office. The Suite Holder will receive all original confirmations, billings, etc. and accept primary responsibility. If the designated Suite Holder will not be in attendance at a specific event, please provide Chartwells with the individual(s) allowed signing privileges for each event on the catering form at time of order.
