RATES PER ISSUE
Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the final print quality of artwork presented which do not conform to the required specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, artwork created in Microsoft Word or any other word processing application. A graphic designer is familiar with these industry standard requirements. Please provide this information to them for creation of your artwork.
AD SPECIFICATIONS • Digital media accepted: E-mail or CD for large files. If your file is over 50 megabytes, please submit on CD to:

• Original high resolution CMYK Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign files or a high resolution (PRESS QUALITY 300DPI) PDF with all fonts embedded or high resolution CMYK TIF or JPG files (minimum of 300 dpi) are also accepted formats. • Name your file with your company name. • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Publisher files are not supported formats for ads. • Artwork should be created 100% of actual ad size. Scaling-up of improperly sized files can result in a loss of quality.
The HOA Board Quarterly cannot guarantee finished quality of improperly submitted artwork. • Web image resolution is too low (72 dpi) for offset printing requirements. Minimum resolution for all images is 300 dpi. • All color advertisements must be CMYK. All gray scale (b/w) files must be gray scale. RGB files will be converted to CMYK. • File correction and revision services are available at market rates (one hour minimum). • You must provide contact information in case there is a problem with your submitted file. • E-mail Artwork files to [email protected] Call The HOA Board Quarterly at 619-787-6867 for any specification questions.

With the exception of Premium Placement advertisements, The HOA Board Quarterly reserves the right to determine advertising placement position. 2. Only digital files accepted. Must be a press quality .pdf or equivalent file with all fonts embedded or a 300 dpi .tif or equal quality file. (See Ad Specification Sheet.) 3. Fees for re-sizing, typesetting or production charges will be billed directly to the advertiser. No other changes or substitutions will be made. 4. Deadline for submission of advertising materials AND FULL PAYMENT is the first day of the month prior to the month of publication (see Publication Due Date Schedule). 5. Ads are accepted upon the representation that Advertiser and its agency have the right to publish the contents thereof. Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to its Ads. Advertiser represents and warrants that the use, publication, reproduction, and distribution of its Ads will not violate any law or any rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark, trade secret, image or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity.
