sickness and death, and the Magisterium of the Catholic Church

which promotes the Culture of Life, following the charisma of Mother Teresa of Calcutta.

the image of God and wants to help him to live in a way

consonant with that dignity.

Volunteering and solidarity are at the heart of end-of-life

care ethics.

At Hospice Madre Teresa, we aim to balance disciplined

professionalism with generosity and loving compassion, and

we aspire to shift the feelings from just philantropy to

Christian charity.



COMMITTED VOLUNTEERING



Whoever wants to eliminate love is preparing to eliminate man as such.

There will always be suffering which cries out for consolation and

help. There will always be loneliness. There will always be situations of material need where

help in the form of concrete love of neighbour is indispensable.

Solidarity should not replace justice but integrate and

supplement it, recognizing the equality of every human being.

committed volunteering team.
