focus on the design and manufacturing of hand-made,

top-quality seating solutions. But there is more. In this

This year, we are introducing the Crazies , a number of

design exercises that raise the bar in unbridled creativity. Based

on our solid foundation of traditional craftsmanship and luxury,

these four projects offer a series of special edition seating

solutions that combine functional comfort with originality and

freshness.

The JaCkson crazies are sculptural tributes to Mondrian

with a colourful interpretation of the cosmopolitan world we

live in. Depending on their finish, they can express contained

classicism, passionate energy or natural freshness. They are

available in “Sunshine”, “Green” and “Classic” finishing. There

is also the dakoTa , acclaimed for its comfort, which

has been redesigned in a multicolour tone-on-tone edition.

In addition, there are the MonTerey crazy chairs. This

simple, colourful range offers comfortable quality. All the classic

models are available with the crazy finish upon request.

Finally, there is the X-one chair, an ecological event furniture

concept made from environmentally friendly materials with a

cardboard honeycomb structure. The chair can be customised

with print work on the front and seat, or with cushions in

ecological fabrics (leather is also available upon request). The

X-One makes for an eye-catcher to add an extra dimension to

your commercial space or trade fair booth. n

In 2011, we are complementing the existing range with a dozen new models. One by one, these bring tradi-

tional craftsmanship to contemporary functionality and comfort. The JACKSONVILLE long chair and the JACK

chairs complement the dynamic Jackson range with a clear focus on comfort. The new HELENA is a majestic

sofa, classic and sophisticated at the same time. A true bestseller in the making. As a contemporary interpre-

tation of the classic armchair, the COLBY is compact but most comfortable armchair available in fi ve different

colours for the feet.

With ANDERSON, we introduce a small very classic model, which will look at home in any place. For those

looking for additional comfort and something different, there is the URBANA, a small pouf. In the COLLIN range

of poufs, we have also added a new size, namely Extra Large. n HELENA

Oldson range offers a multipurpose lounge chair with a

simple structure with clear walnut wood. This structural chair

The Washington was introduced last year as a semi-sturdy

sofa that never fails to please. It is offered in three lengths

ranging from 200cm to 260cm. Its use is primarily for private

spaces, both bright and dark. It is also a perfect match for

The success of Marie’s Corner is based on a combi-

nation of expert craftsmanship and meeting the per-

sonal requirements of clients. Every unit of furniture is

created by hand with top material and a great eye for

detail. They all make for special and most personal

creations.

The frames are made of solid beech wood. The

cushions are made of feather and fi bre, or foam,

and offer excellent seating comfort. For the tables, a

selection of three types of wood is available for any

exposed woodwork, namely veneer olive, American

walnut and oak. The seats have either beech wood

or oak legs.

Every year, Marie’s Corner manufactures over 10,000

handcrafted units. Also, because of the personal ap-

proach to the units, most units can be manufactured

in any size required. n
