Sisters from the Boise Stake Relief Society recently met together to kick off their unique Stake Humanitarian Service project.
A delicious brunch was served and a media presentation was given
by local physician Dr. Peggy Doucette about an orphanage inUganda. Dr. Doucette, along with family members and friendstravel to Africa often to assist in an orphanage where approxi-
mately 500 children live. The children there have nothing to calltheir own. Wards in the Boise Stake received boxes with all thematerials necessary to create more than 500 dolls, puppets and
other items that will be completed and delivered to the children byDr. Doucette and her associates as they travel to Uganda this
spring. What an inspiring and wonderful opportunity for the BoiseStake to participate in a Humanitarian effort, bringing hope and joy
to individual children across the globe.
