Kondinin Hyden Subcentre Annual General Meeting
Tuesday 21st August 2018 at 6.30pm
in Hyden @ The Sub Centre
Agenda: Chairman’s Report Financial Report Election of Committee ( 3 x 3 year)
All nominations must be in writing, signed by the nominee, mover and seconder and should be in the hands of the secretary, Ian Holland, 7 days prior to the AGM.
All nominees, movers and seconders must be either current active volunteers or financial members of the Subcentre.
Financial Membership is $25.00 (if not a volunteer) and is to be paid at least 14 days prior to AGM in order to gain attendance and voting rights to meeting. Membership to be posted to the Treasurer, PO Box 25 HYDEN 6359.
The AGM will be followed by a committee meeting to which all active volunteers are welcome to attend.
