Daily Overview (April 13, 2020) We continue to prepare for surge conditions related to COVID19.

Safety:

EHC Care Model Team continues working to improve communication aroundpatients on isolation.

Methods:

Working through an issue with outpatients showing up on the weekend atClifton for imaging appointments. It seems that some patients continue toreceive reminder messages, despite several confirmations they havefurloughed the program. Team is working on tracking down more information.EHC is working towards a process where patients with scheduled surgery orimage-guided procedures will be tested prior to their appointment and asked toself isolate until their procedure is completed.

Equipment:

Reminder: High touch surfaces should be wiped down after every patient.

Supplies:

Current supply levels are holding steady at sufficient levels. Please continue tofollow recommendations for distributing and storing PPE.

Staffing:

We are finalizing metrics and staffing contingencies for anticipated volumessurge conditions.

Announcements:

While the adjudication process continues, the current stability in patient volumeis allowing for an increase in procedures. Teams may notice an increase in time

sensitive surgeries and image guided procedures in the coming week.
