7:00 am to 2:30 pm National Fireproofing spraying fireproofing materials on the ceiling of the first floor of the main building on the concrete foundation slab.

7:00 am to 2:00 pm Stonebridge utilizing two cranes and elevating work platforms in the northern and southern sections of the site to install structural steel in the northwestern, eastern, and central sections of the concrete foundation slab. Stonebridge welding structural steel in the western section of the site.

7:00 am to 3:15 pm Giaquinto building interior cinder block walls for the main building in the northern section of the concrete foundation slab. Cement mixing and concrete block cutting in the northeastern section of the concrete foundation slab.

7:30 am

EnTech observed visible dust in the northwestern section of the site, near air monitoring station, B4. According to EnTech, a forklift that was transporting materials around the site kicked up dust in the vicinity of the air monitoring station. According to EnTech, the dust generated by the forklift dissipated within 2 feet of the forklift (and remained on site). EnTech reported the observation of visible dust to the CM (Nabil Saadi).

7:35 am to 8:20 am The GC is filling up the water tank truck with water from the fire hydrant located on Bay 41st Street.

8:20 am The GC implemented dust suppression by wetting down the ground surface in the northern section of the site with water from the water tank truck.

9:30 am to 10:00 am & 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm

Site work stops for a work break.

3:30 pm Site work stops for the day. EnTech removes air monitoring stations.

Time Off-Site: 3:30 pm

General Observations:

According to EnTech, particulate matter and total organic vapors were not detected at concentrations greater than the action levels.

The GC was observed implementing dust suppression at the site by wetting down the ground surface with water from the water tank truck at 8:20 am and 1:00 pm.
